Ingredients
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup drained Krrrrisp Kraut® or Silver Floss® Sauerkraut
- 1 pkg. (14 oz.) firm tofu, cubed
- 1-1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tsp. sugar 1 green onion, sliced Dash red pepper flakes

Directions
In large saucepan, combine broth, Sauerkraut, tofu, soy sauce, and sugar.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to medium, cover, and simmer 5 minutes.
Add green onion and pepper flakes; simmer 2 minutes or until heated through.
